Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Eggomi ("we", "us"), including its apps, connected-service features and hosted services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Eggomi. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age and capacity requirements that apply where you live. If you use Eggomi for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods, devices, encryption keys and recovery materials secure. Only connect accounts and data you are authorized to use. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Eggomi uses encrypted local storage and can sync encrypted copies across devices. You are responsible for maintaining a usable unlock or recovery method and appropriate backups. A lost key, cleared browser storage, an offline device or an interrupted sync can affect access. We cannot promise to recover content when no usable decryption or recovery method remains.

You retain your rights in the content you bring to or create with Eggomi. You give us only the permission needed to process, store, transmit and display that content to provide the features you choose, including sharing with recipients or connected services at your direction. This permission does not transfer ownership to us or authorize sale of your private content.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for your content and instructions. Public or shared content may be copied or retained by its recipients. Deleting your copy does not necessarily remove theirs.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, permissions, quotas and availability. Connections can expire or stop working when those services change. Using Eggomi's YouTube features also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google data use remains subject to the commitments in our Privacy Policy.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. Review it before relying on it. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Review the exact action and destination before approving an external change. Once a message is sent, content is published or a provider change completes, it may not be reversible through Eggomi.

Local models and browser automations depend on your device, storage and connectivity. Some scheduled features need the app open and unlocked; do not rely on them for emergencies or other time-critical tasks. Hosted AI and voice features may send selected content to the configured provider as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use Eggomi to violate law or others' rights, access accounts without permission, distribute malware, harass people, send spam, or evade security controls, permissions or service limits. Do not disrupt the service or use connected data for unauthorized surveillance. These terms do not restrict activity protected by applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about the decision.

Eggomi is evolving. Preview features may change, contain errors or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device or continued access to a third-party integration. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

If you choose a paid feature, its price, billing and cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase and form part of that purchase. Third-party subscriptions and API charges you incur are governed by the relevant provider's terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eggomi is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that every result is accurate or every transmission or backup will succeed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Local law may limit the effect of these provisions.

You may stop using Eggomi and disconnect your accounts at any time. Export information you want to keep before requesting account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the differences between account deletion, device data, recovery copies and third-party records. Provisions that by their nature need to survive termination, including ownership and lawful liability limits, continue to apply.

Contact hello@eggomi.com with service concerns or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim or use a dispute process available under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms with an updated effective date and give notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask you to accept the new terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to Eggomi at hello@eggomi.com.
